Bill Bassett, MD
Director of the Interclean Group of companies, Bill has been working in the cleaning industry for over 30 years and has created many of the cleaning programs used throughout Australia to date.
He works with leaders in the Healthcare industry who have a passion to improve the outcomes on their sites. Using his integrative and science-based approach to improving hospital environmental hygiene for the protection of patients, employees and the environment, Bill will work with you to make sure you are achieving the best possible outcomes available.
IMS Trainers & Support Team
Our IMS Team are an essential part of your journey, and you will love them. From admin to onsite training and implementation, our team will be there to support you as your site turns into a well managed, efficient and hygienically clean environment.
What happens when you start your journey with us?
At your pace we will roll out you new IMS system including iClean with your new trolleys and training of your staff to bring them up to our iClean competency as quickly as possible.
1. Our Expert Team will spend some with your and do your first Site Assessment
Taking your first step is easy our staff do a quick walk through and do your initial Site Survey to capture the needs and the layout of your facility.
2. We will set up your system and train your team with iClean Certified Training
Training & Implementation of your new IMS System is arranged at a time that suits your team, and covers cleaning systems, procedures and the use of their iPads.
3. We will spend time with your supervisors so they can manage their team effectively
Set up your Supervisors with their own app to manage their teams effectively, and respond to any challenge the day throws at them
4. Once data starts being collected, our team will analyse and report for you
Reporting & analysing data over time with our team will enable you to start recognising where your efficiencies can be made and quality improved.
5. We journey with you to bring continuous improvement to your site
Quarterly Audits & Retraining conducted by our IMS Trainers to ensure continuous improvement in cleaning standards and safe working procedures
